Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We prepare orders quickly therefore we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order in time to make the change. However please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible, who will do their best to help you with your request here.

How does shipping work?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. You’ll soon receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped.

Express options are available however this option will be displayed at checkout as pricing & shipping times are different in each region.

Can I have my order shipped as a gift?

Thank you for choosing to spoil someone with Amai Amara jewelry! You’re more than welcome to send items as gifts. In this case, we’d advise putting your address in the “billing address” field, and the receiver’s address in the “shipping address” field. That way, they won’t receive the invoice - only their beautiful new Amai Amara piece.

How do I take care of my Amai Amara jewelry?

 We’re sure you’ll love your unique piece, and that means you’ll want it to last! Care for your jewelry by avoiding contact with perfume, hairspray, and soaps.
